    Domestic Shipping Policy

    (South Africa Only)

    Shipment processing time All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

    Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

    RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

    We strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

    Returns

    • Eligibility: Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging.
    • Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item.
    • Non-Returnable Items: Custom or personalized items are not eligible for returns.

      • We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
      • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

     

    Refunds

    We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. While we do not offer refunds, we do provide a replacement option for defective or damaged items. Please record the items as you are opening and unboxing so that we have proof so that we may investigate the matter (within 24 hours of receiving products). You will receive a new package in 5-7 working days.
